  45. The most popular and respected place is Kodak's Cinesite.  They have
  46. offices in both the USA and England.  Unfortunately, I don't have
  47. their number with me, but I can find out about it.
  48. Going to film is expensive, mind you.

  50. Yes, you should render your frames as square pixels (no field rendering)
  51. and use high antialiasing.  Regarding resolution, it depends on the
  52. production house.  Cinesite has a brochure with the resolutions they
  53. accept.

  55. For sending/receiving the frames, the most standard method is using an
  56. Exabyte tape drive.
